Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs, which can include IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate patterns help us maintain the service and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Data
We use this limited information to run the site, diagnose faults, measure visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor construct individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Mecklenburg and North Carolina offices, library collections, and third-party search services. Information entered on another service follows that provider’s policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs remain only as long as the stated purposes require. Because visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for them.
Visitors Under 18
This service is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal information so we can delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your residence may grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The project research found no comprehensive North Carolina consumer-data privacy statute comparable to those adopted in some other states; sector-specific rules still apply. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for a request made through the Contact page. Records held by Huntersville, Mecklenburg County, or North Carolina agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to the proper custodian.
Policy Changes
A revised policy will appear here. Using the service after an update means you accept the posted version.
